A confirmed calendar window, with offers still to inspect
Valve’s Upcoming Steam Events page places Auto-Battler RPG Fest between November 16 and November 23. It is a themed festival rather than a statement that every Steam game will be discounted. The public schedule identifies the event dates; it does not establish the day on which the schedule was first announced.
The calendar describes the theme as games where battles play themselves out while the player upgrades their units. That is a useful starting point for discovery, but a genre label alone cannot tell you whether an individual game has the progression, multiplayer or controller support you want.
A festival listing can represent several kinds of access
Valve’s general themed-event documentation allows released games, free games, upcoming titles and games with demos to participate, with discounted titles prioritized. A festival appearance therefore needs its own product check: a demo, a full game and a Coming Soon page give different forms of access.
When the event page and individual offers are available, open the intended game’s store page. Read its supported platforms, relevant features, price and access type. A wishlist entry can help you return to a game, but the festival dates alone do not reserve its price or promise a discount.
Prepare a short list before buying an edition
Write down the games or mechanics you want to compare, then decide whether you need a demo, the base game or particular additional content. For a game with several editions, compare the included products rather than relying on the edition’s adjective.
Check Valve’s current event page and each game’s own listing when planning a purchase. The confirmed information here is the scheduled window and theme; the final offers and availability belong to those individual listings.
