Rust Twitch Drops Not Showing: Claim, Link & Missing Drops

Check Rust Twitch Drop progress, claimed rewards and the linked Steam account. Follow Facepunch’s Check for Missing Drops procedure.

THE KEY POINT

Watching, claiming on Twitch and delivery to Steam are separate steps. Find which step is missing before repeating the process.

01

Start with the exact reward in Twitch

Open Twitch Drops Inventory and find the reward. If the requirement is unfinished, check the campaign’s eligible live channels. A completed progress bar still needs its claim action. Twitch separates earning, claiming and delivery by the game developer.

Write down the reward name and whether Twitch shows progress, a claim button or a claimed state. This short record makes it easier to describe the problem without mixing several rewards together.

Find missing Rust Twitch Drops. Earn on Twitch: Check the individual reward’s campaign progress.; Claim the reward: Complete the claim in Drops Inventory.; Check Steam delivery: Match the linked Steam account; use Facepunch’s missing-drop check.

03

Use the missing-drop check after claiming

Facepunch’s FAQ directs players whose claimed item is still absent after 30 minutes to verify the account link and use Check for Missing Drops on its page. Record the result before contacting support.

Keep delivery separate from whether a skin is available on a market or another website. First establish whether the correct Steam inventory contains the claimed reward; then use the inventory guide for a website-specific display issue.

04

Send a focused record to the right support team

Twitch handles earning and claiming issues; the game developer handles delivery after a claim. Keep the campaign name, reward name, claimed-state screenshot and timestamp together. Describe the missing stage rather than reporting only that “Drops do not work”.

  • Confirm the same Twitch and Steam accounts in your screenshots.
  • Record the result of the missing-drop check.
  • Use the screenshot privacy guide before attaching account information.

BEFORE YOU CONTINUE

Quick checklist

  • Find the individual reward and its claim status.
  • Verify the receiving Steam account on Facepunch.
  • Keep the reward name, time and missing-drop result together.
