THE KEY POINT
CSFloat permits withdrawal of item-sale proceeds, not deposited funds. Wait for those proceeds to become available, then use the Stripe setup and payout options offered for your country.
01
Identify the money you want to withdraw
CSFloat’s current withdrawal help says only balance obtained from item sales can be withdrawn; deposited money cannot be cashed out through that route. Find the sale record and compare it with the amount the withdrawal flow actually makes available.
The current FAQ estimates around eight days after the item is traded to the buyer before sale proceeds are credited, because Steam trades can be reversed during the protection period. This is an estimate of sale release, not bank-transfer time. Keep the item, sale reference and accepted trade time.
Explanatory diagram, not an interface screenshot or a completed transaction. Only available sale proceeds enter CSFloat’s Stripe withdrawal flow.
02
Check your own eligibility before choosing a method
CSFloat’s current support wizard says all withdrawals use Stripe. It links to the official onboarding page and explains that bank, cryptocurrency and debit-card options depend on the country, with automatic local-currency conversion by Stripe.
Start from that onboarding link in CSFloat, follow the provider’s current account checks and then review the payout options offered to your own account. The older February 2023 announcement describes possible identity checks; its original country list is not a current eligibility guarantee. No universal minimum or document threshold is established here.
- Check that the destination belongs to the intended account and the receiving currency is clear.
- Use the provider route reached from CSFloat; do not follow a payment-setup link sent by an unsolicited support account.
- If a method is absent, record the notice and contact official support rather than selecting another country.
03
Read the final quote before confirming
Record the amount requested, the fee displayed for that method, the expected received currency and any conversion information. A selling fee and a cashout fee are different deductions; an old comparison chart is not a present-day quote for this sale.
An illustrative calculation: if a withdrawal screen shows 100.00 available and a 1.00 deduction, the quoted net is 99.00 before any separately disclosed conversion or receiving-bank charge. These are example inputs, not a statement of CSFloat’s current fee.
| Sale pending | Check delivery and sale release, not bank arrival. |
|---|---|
| No eligible amount shown | Check the origin of the balance and the account notice. |
| Method unavailable | Read the current country or provider requirement. |
| Payout already created | Save its reference and follow its own status. |
04
Keep the payout record until the money arrives
Once a payout exists, retain its reference, method, amount, currency and creation time. Reach the Stripe dashboard through CSFloat’s withdrawal page and follow that payment’s status. A completed item trade alone does not prove receipt of money.
If support is needed, describe the first stage that stopped progressing and attach a redacted status image. Never send a password, authentication code, full card number or identity document through a public comment or an unverified chat.
