What daily document review means
Roobet's Level 2 Verification help article says its compliance team reviews documents daily and contacts the player after manual review when more information is needed. That describes the team's review process; it does not promise approval within one day for every submission.
Use the status shown in your verification settings as your starting point. Save the submission time and any later document request so support can distinguish your original upload from a resubmission. If support gives you an estimate, keep its exact wording and the step it covers.
Ask a timing question support can answer
Contact support through Roobet's official website. Include your displayed verification level, submission date and time, current status and existing ticket reference. Ask whether the documents were received, whether a requirement remains open and when to follow up on that same ticket.
A useful message is: “My Level 2 submission was sent on [date and time]. My account currently shows [status]. Please confirm receipt, any outstanding requirement and the next follow-up date for ticket [reference].” Keep identity documents in the official verification channel.
Keep the withdrawal timeline separate
A verification submission and a withdrawal request have different references and statuses. Add the withdrawal reference to your ticket and ask whether verification is the step holding it up. Document approval, payment processing and a blockchain confirmation are separate events; one estimate does not describe all three.
Keep the reply with your case record. If the uploader fails or a document is rejected, use the submission troubleshooting guide below to identify the error before sending another file.
