THE QUICK ANSWER
Check both input count and total value, then read the potential output beside Create Contract. Creating it irreversibly exchanges the selected skins.
01
Both minimum conditions have to be met
Key-Drop documents a minimum of three skins and a total input value of at least $1 for its Contracts mode. A qualifying number of items does not by itself establish that their combined value meets the rule.
If the action is unavailable, record the number selected, their displayed total and any error. This guide does not establish additional account-specific eligibility beyond the reviewed article.
A Contract has two independent input minimums
Count passes / total passes
Both published input minimums are met.
Count passes / total fails
Enough skins does not make the total sufficient.
Count fails / total passes
A high value does not replace the item-count requirement.
After creation
Inputs are irreversibly exchanged for a random result.

The preview describes a potential result
The help says the potential skin value appears beside Create Contract. The output can have a higher or lower value than the selected inputs. It is not a fixed-price exchange for a chosen item.
Read the displayed output information before any confirmation. Keep the input list and preview together if you need to ask support why a selection is ineligible.
| Count | At least three skins under the published rule. |
|---|---|
| Total | At least $1 in displayed input value. |
| Output | Random skin; the possible value is shown beside the action. |
03
Creation consumes all selected inputs
The operator explicitly describes the exchange as irreversible and says Contract inputs are not refundable. A completed Contract therefore needs to be checked against its result, rather than treated as a failed attempt to keep the original skins.
Do not repeat the action to recover the inputs. Identify whether the original request completed and which resulting skin was recorded.

Report selection errors separately from a missing result
For a blocked selection, provide the count, total and exact message. For a completed Contract with an absent or unexpected record, provide the time, input names, preview and resulting item or error shown.
These are suggested evidence fields, not a confirmed list of mandatory support-form inputs. Use the current help contact and state the last completed step.
BEFORE YOU CONTINUE
