Join the Candy Hunt when it starts
Facepunch says the hunt begins roughly every two in-game days and lasts three minutes. Collect candy during that window; the top three players receive special loot bags. Candy can also be upgraded when you do not finish on the podium.
Choose what to investigate before joining: the hunt, a cosmetic or a Twitch reward. Finding one does not establish that you have completed another.
Build a monster at the Frankenstein table
Collect a head, torso and legs from the event’s scarecrows and mummies, then place them in a crafted Frankenstein table. Facepunch identifies P as the pet control; the in-game controls menu is the place to check an existing key conflict.

The Halloween event ends November 5. General Base Invaders Twitch Drops run until November 1, while the Spooky Backpack was announced as a one-day broadcast drop on October 23. Do not assume it remains available on October 24.
For a missing drop, check the campaign, claimed reward and linked Steam account. Use the separate delivery guide below rather than opening cases or buying cosmetics to test a Twitch reward.
