THE KEY POINT
Open DMarket’s notification history, select Verification and read Learn more for the stated decline reason. Correct that reason before sending another application.
01
Find the decision attached to your attempt
DMarket’s declined-KYC instructions point to the decision email or the bell-shaped history control. In Verification, Learn more opens the reason and the route to submit another application. The transaction-history help also identifies this tab as the place for previous verification attempts.
Our suggested record is the submission time, attempt or account reference, and the exact reason. A form-upload failure, a review that has not finished and an application explicitly declined are different states. Keep the original decision so a later change can be compared with it.
A verification decision and a payment request are separate stages.
02
Check the document requirement that failed
The identity-document article reviewed on 20 October lists a national ID or passport; it limits driving licences to US citizens. It asks for at least three months remaining validity and regular photographs rather than scans, screenshots or photos of screens. It also describes an accompanying photo holding the document and a dated DMarket note. Follow the private official form for the complete current instructions.
An address check has its own requirements. DMarket’s address article lists examples including bank statements, utility bills and official bank or government letters, with issuance within 180 days. It likewise excludes scans, screenshots and screen photographs. Do not assume that acceptance for identity automatically satisfies address verification.
03
Choose a next step from the visible state
| Submission still under review | Keep the submission time. Do not describe it as declined without a decision. |
|---|---|
| Decline explains a document issue | Compare the applicable identity or address requirement and correct that specific issue in the official form. |
| Reason unclear or resubmission unavailable | Ask official support to explain the existing attempt; include the decision text with sensitive content removed. |
04
A review estimate is separate from payout timing
DMarket’s dedicated KYC timing page says reviews usually take up to 24 hours and may take longer for translation or other factors. A general KYC page uses the wording 24 business hours, so this guide does not turn either expression into a guaranteed deadline. The live review notice is the relevant account-specific reference.
Verification approval does not itself prove that a withdrawal was submitted or delivered. After resolving the review, return to the cash-withdrawal guide and check the payment request separately. Do not create more accounts or select another country to work around the decision.
05
Use the private verification route
Identity and address documents contain information that a public troubleshooting screenshot does not need. Upload documents only through the service’s official private process. A ticket can describe a rejection without attaching a full identity document to a public conversation. StrikePot cannot approve a verification decision or validate a document on the operator’s behalf.
BEFORE YOU CONTINUE
Quick checklist
- Read the reason for the correct verification attempt.
- Use the requirement for the document type actually requested.
- Keep review time separate from payment processing.
- Use the official private form for sensitive documents.
