CaseHug Borrow: why the credited battle reward is smaller

CaseHug Borrow reduces both your entry contribution and potential reward by the selected percentage. Keep the Borrow level with the battle result when checking credit.

THE QUICK ANSWER

A battle’s displayed gross drops and your Borrow-adjusted reward are different figures. Read the recorded funding percentage before treating the difference as missing credit.

CaseHug: Borrow cost and reward

01

Borrow changes the reward as well as the entry cost

CaseHug says Borrow covers a selected part of the entry price and reduces the potential reward by the same percentage. A lower contribution is therefore paired with a lower reward entitlement.

Check the funding percentage recorded for the original battle. The total skin value shown during a battle is not enough to establish how much your account should receive.

STRIKEPOT / EXPLAINED

Borrow applies on both sides

  1. Entry contribution

The platform covers the selected funding percentage.

  2. Potential reward

The same percentage reduces what the player receives.

  3. Gross drop display

Retain it, but do not equate it with personal credit.

  4. Personal result

Check the account’s own reward breakdown.

02

The help defines a range and a minimum battle cost

The official article documents Borrow funding from 1% to 90% and a minimum battle amount of $5. It says the option is unavailable below that minimum and is offered in Classic, Underdog and Share.

An unavailable Borrow control on a lower-cost battle is different from an error applying Borrow to an already recorded result. Save the battle price and message if the restriction is unclear.

03

Read the complete result settings

Keep Borrow alongside the battle’s format and winning mode. Classic, Underdog and Share determine allocation in different ways; Borrow then matters to your own expected amount.

The reviewed Borrow article does not spell out every combined team or Share calculation. Preserve the actual result breakdown and ask support to identify the line that explains a disputed amount instead of guessing the platform’s rounding or calculation order.

Which amount differs?

  1. Entry charge

Compare original cost, funding setting and contribution.

  2. Personal share

Compare mode, format and Borrow-adjusted result.

  3. Credit missing

Match the personal result with its account entry.

  4. Unclear combination

Ask the operator to explain the recorded calculation and rounding.

04

Save the direct battle record promptly

CaseHug’s battle help points to its My Battles view and describes a list of the latest 16 battles, with the best one at the top. It also documents Copy Link during a battle.

Retain the direct reference and time for the affected battle. Do not identify it only by its position in a short recent-history list, which may change as later events appear.

05

Describe the calculation you cannot reconcile

Give support the original battle reference, funding percentage, mode and displayed result breakdown. Say whether the problem is an unexpected entry charge, a different personal share or an absent credit.

A new deposit or new battle does not explain the old calculation. This guide records the operator’s published rules without testing a funding choice or creating a win.

BEFORE YOU CONTINUE

Quick checklist

  • Keep the original Borrow percentage.
  • Separate gross displayed drops from personal reward.
  • Record format and winning mode together.
  • Save the direct battle reference before it leaves recent history.

Full English official help bodies were available under CaseHug’s /tr/ routes. No account, Borrow selection, battle, payment or result was tested. Combined-mode rounding and current personal eligibility were not established.
