THE QUICK ANSWER
Removing a saved card changes the saved payment method. A pending bank authorisation is a separate record to check with the bank and Thunderpick Transfers.
01
Find and remove the intended saved card
Thunderpick’s card guide says a card is saved after use and can be removed from the same payment screen. It documents up to five linked cards, each in the account holder’s own name.
Open the official Wallet payment controls, identify the intended saved card from its masked details and use the displayed remove option. Check that the correct card no longer appears. No new payment is needed to ask support about a missing removal control.

Compare a hold with an actual completed payment
The operator describes a temporary bank pre-authorisation that can appear beside a deposit. It gives a typical release estimate of one to five working days, depending on the provider.
Read whether each bank entry is pending or posted and compare it with the account’s Transfers history. Two identical amounts do not establish two settled charges; equally, do not assume a second posted debit is only a temporary hold.
03
Build a useful comparison
Check currency labels too. Thunderpick uses EUR as the base settlement currency and can display other currencies, so an apparent amount difference may need a currency comparison.

Ask about the record that remains unresolved
For a saved-card issue, report the masked card details and the failed removal control. For a bank hold, ask the bank about its authorisation status and provide the matching Transfers reference to Thunderpick support.
Keep card numbers masked and never send a CVV or login code in a support message. Removing a saved method does not by itself establish that an earlier authorisation or debit has been reversed; confirm the payment outcome separately.
