THE QUICK ANSWER
A reward’s total Vault allocation is not all claimable at once. Check the unlocked amount and its own expiry timer.

01
Identify the reward and its claim stage
Roobet’s Rewards Explained article says claims can split between an immediate balance credit and a Vault calendar. The Daily Bonus’s scheduled portion is spread over seven days; Weekly and Monthly portions are spread over fourteen.
Record the reward label, total shown, immediate amount and scheduled portion. A smaller immediate balance change can reflect that split. Avoid treating the future calendar total as money already missing from the wallet.

Read the current Vault window
The published Vault schedule has three unlocks a day, eight hours apart from 00:00 UTC: 00:00, 08:00 and 16:00 UTC. The Vault cannot be claimed in one advance payment.
Read the current unlocked amount separately from later allocations. Roobet’s help uses both a 24-hour expiry statement and “next reward” wording, so use the displayed countdown and ask support to clarify any mismatch before relying on a later deadline.
03
Check a claim without confusing the records
- Open the reward area and identify whether you are viewing Instant Rakeback, Daily, Weekly, Monthly or the Vault.
- Save the available amount and timer if a claim button is unavailable or errors.
- After an existing claim, compare the credited amount with the wallet and remaining calendar allocation. Keep its time and currency.

Report the allocation that does not reconcile
Tell support which reward was claimed, when, and which amount appears incorrect. Include the Vault window and time zone so the same tranche can be located.
Do not substitute another player’s reward or level for your own allocation. This check concerns rewards already displayed in the account; further wagers do not establish whether an earlier claim was credited correctly.

- Separate immediate credit from future Vault allocation.
