Save the public-visibility setting
Open the profile icon, then Settings. Duelbits documents Toggle Profile Privacy as hiding stats and bet history from other users while leaving your own access to those records intact.
Enable the desired setting and select Save changes. Return to the setting to confirm it remained saved. A hidden public profile does not erase an account record or close the account.

Copy the identifier support needs
Profile → Settings → User Information contains the User ID and its copy control. This long account identifier is separate from the display name, which can change.
Use the ID in private official support when asking about an account setting. For a particular game issue, also keep the relevant bet reference. Avoid posting a complete account profile publicly just to provide a support identifier.

Set promotional email preferences separately
- In Profile → Settings, read MMA Jackpot Emails and Marketing Emails as separate preferences.
- Set each preference as intended, then save the changes.
- Keep required security and verification messages accessible. Duelbits says transactional messages cannot be turned off through these marketing toggles.

If a saved preference does not behave as expected
Record the setting name, save time, device and what remained visible or arrived by email. Ask support whether the saved setting applied and which record it controls.
For a message, retain its subject and time without opening unfamiliar links. For public visibility, describe the page you checked. Account privacy, marketing preferences and identity verification serve different purposes and require different follow-up.
