Chicken.gg Vault: find tokens outside your active balance

Vault transfers move Chicken.gg tokens out of the playable balance. Vault withdrawal returns tokens to active balance and requires 2FA; it is a separate action from an external payout.

THE QUICK ANSWER

Check the Vault balance and active balance together. A successful move into the Vault reduces playable tokens without showing an external payment.

Chicken.gg: Vault vs active balance

01

The Vault holds tokens away from the active balance

Chicken.gg describes its Vault as temporary token storage. Tokens placed there are unavailable for games until they are moved back out. If your active balance fell after a Vault deposit, check the Vault before treating the difference as a missing payment.

Keep the amount and success message for the move. Checking an existing transfer does not require another deposit from a card, wallet or Steam inventory.

Where did the tokens move?

  1. Active balance

    Tokens available for games.

  2. Vault balance

Tokens stored away from active play.

  3. External destination

A different payout process with its own record.

02

Open the Vault rather than an external withdrawal method

The official instructions place Vault under the profile icon, below Withdraw. The Vault screen has its own Deposit and Withdraw choices and shows balance and amount controls.

Use the screen heading to identify the operation. “Withdraw” inside the Vault means moving stored tokens back to the active bankroll; the article does not describe that action as sending a skin or cryptocurrency outside Chicken.gg.

03

2FA is part of the Vault flow

The help article requires two-factor authentication to enable and use the Vault. For a withdrawal from it, the documented flow asks for a 2FA code before tokens return to active balance.

Enter authentication codes only in the genuine account prompt. For an access problem, retain the visible error and use the operator’s official account-help route; never include a current code or recovery secret in a support screenshot.

Read the direction before the response

  1. Into Vault

    Select Deposit and an amount.

  2. Internal storage

A success response should correspond to Vault-held tokens.

  3. Out of Vault

Select Withdraw and complete the documented 2FA prompt.

  4. Active again

The article says tokens return to active bankroll.

The diagram describes an internal token move; no payment or transfer was performed.

04

Match the two sides of the move

Compare the amount selected with the success response and the two balances after the action. Note which direction you chose. A Vault deposit and a Vault withdrawal reverse the direction of the same internal movement.

What a Vault record is intended to explain
Deposit to VaultTokens move away from active play.
Withdraw from VaultTokens return to active balance after the required authentication.
External payoutNeeds a separate payment or item-withdrawal record.

05

Report the direction and the last completed step

If a success message appears but the balances do not reconcile, give support the amount, direction, time with a time zone and the exact response. State whether the 2FA prompt was completed or showed an error.

The reviewed article does not publish a Vault processing deadline or promise that stored tokens earn interest. Ask about the existing move instead of repeating it to test the balance.

BEFORE YOU CONTINUE

Quick checklist

  • Check Vault and active balances together.
  • Identify the Vault Deposit or Withdraw direction.
  • Keep the amount, time and success or error response.
  • Keep 2FA and recovery secrets out of shared evidence.
